Funny. But I can relate cause you know, these presidential races really are all fixed. I mean, can you please explain the purpose of the electoral college again? Seems like I always get a lot of stammering, hemming, and hawing when someone tries to explain its purpose. And what is the ratio between the candidate who spends the most advertising money and the one who ultimately wins? Is it the same everytime? 'Cause I think it is. (Not certain, but I think so).
