Python Bursts After Trying to Eat Gator
A 13-foot Burmese python recently burst after it apparently tried to swallow a live, six-foot alligator whole, authorities said.
This has Sci-Fi channel movie of the week written all over it.
The incident has heightened biologists' fears that the nonnative snakes could threaten a host of other animal species in the Everglades.
Other animal species? You mean like... PEOPLE?!?!?
It's pretty clear that the only thing that can save us now is... Giant Robot Lizards.
i saw that news report yesterday. i did not go back for seconds at dinner...
ReplyDeleteI think everyone saw that one....and to think these pythons have 100 babies at a time...so how many are there??? My answer? Alot! And funny how they mention these pythons could be a danger to other species such as birds and and and ...but they don't mention HUMANS! Hello! In the grand scheme of things, who cares about birds when we worry about our own human survival...and apparently, "authorities" have known this problem exists but have failed to implement any tracking studies...until now, after the 4th time it has happened...maybe they thought if they ignored it, it would go away...LMAO...small dogs and small children aren't the only thing to keep away from bodies of water anymore...in the Florida Glades...I do have an interesting story of an Alcoholic abusive mother who was eaten by an alligator down the street from my aunt's house, the woman was her neighbor, needless to say, no one morned her death.
