We travelled west last weekend and stopped in Chapman, Kansas (home of astronaut Joe Engle) to visit my grandmother and wait out the storm.
The reward, in addition to spending time with family, was this amazing sunset as the storm passed. These pictures don't do it justice.

Those came out well. What camera did you use on that. That magic hour of 1 hour before dark or that hour just before dawn has some awesome light. Nice pic.
ReplyDeleteThanks smedrock. I used our 3-year-old Nikon Coolpix 4200 digital point and shoot. After three years, I'm finally learning how to use the complicated menu of controls on that camera.
