I concur. I get looks of confusion when I say "Nope, didnt watch it. What happened?" Then they tell me and they're shocked that I dont want to high-five of have a 7:00 am shot of jager.
Not looking forward to going to the Royals game with two KU fans.
One of the good things about my work is that they mainly employ people from ag-related colleges or residents of North of the river. I don't think there is a single KU fan in the office.
The temptation to post an enthusiastic comment about the gloriousness of the game is almost overwhelming but I will refrain because I am nice that way:)
I don't know if my daughter ever watched a basketball game before but last night she put on some old KU hat, made popcorn and watched the game while I was pickling jalapeños.

ReplyDeleteMeesha,
ReplyDeleteBe careful. I'm pretty sure it's against the law to "pickle your jalapeños" while there's a minor present.
A man has his needs. This time I even took pictures.
ReplyDelete"Hey Emaw! Did you see that game last night? It was Awesome!!"
ReplyDeleteTHE DEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of this was that you used the tag "cheater" on this post. Brilliant.
ReplyDeleteOne and done.
ReplyDeleteThat's brutal red. Almost as brutal as a first-round loss to Bucknell.
